Instructions
- Grill the Chicken: Season and grill the chicken breast over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- Prepare the Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Toast the Bread: Toast 3 slices of bread until golden brown. Toasting will add a satisfying crunch and prevent sogginess.
- Prepare the Avocado: Slice or mash the avocado with a pinch of salt and a bit of lemon juice to enhance flavor and prevent browning.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread mayonnaise on the first slice of toasted bread.
- Layer on lettuce, sliced chicken, and tomato.
- Add the second slice of bread, then layer bacon and avocado on top.
- Optionally, add cheese or other toppings of your choice.
- Place the final slice of bread on top, securing the sandwich with toothpicks.
- Slice and Serve: Cut the sandwich into quarters and serve immediately.
